Online Testing Option

Advice for Schools Using The Passport Club via Distance Learning

Although schools will need to adapt to their own situation, in order to be most effective utilizing the distance learning options, follow these suggestions:

  1. Ensure each student has a passport.
  2. Teachers should provide hard copies of each monthly map at the appropriate level for students.
  3. Instructions for using the Virtual Classroom, including the password for the Map Coloring Guide, should be sent to students along with the monthly map.
  4. To access the Online Tests, teachers should be given the unique password that the Coordinator set up for the school.  At the end of each month, teachers should send an email to their students with a link to the monthly quiz.
  5. Teachers can track student results by clicking on the link labeled, "Responses" at the top of the quiz.
  6. After each month's quiz, a new monthly map and the stamps each student earned should be provided for the student.
  7. Teachers will need to make a new copy of the quiz each year to avoid blending test results from previous years.
